Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at Recherché Swiss. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes a return is necessary. Please review our return policy below:
Return Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Damaged items, items without their original packaging, or items missing pieces will not be accepted for return.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team at returns@rechercheswiss.com to initiate the return process and receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all pieces and accessories.
- Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item back to us at the address provided by our customer service team.
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility for return, we will process your refund.
Return Shipping:
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that your return is delivered safely.
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Exchanges:
- We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
