Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Recherché Swiss. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes a return is necessary. Please review our return policy below:

Return Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Damaged items, items without their original packaging, or items missing pieces will not be accepted for return.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team at returns@rechercheswiss.com to initiate the return process and receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all pieces and accessories.
  3. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the item back to us at the address provided by our customer service team.
  5. Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility for return, we will process your refund.

Return Shipping:

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that your return is delivered safely.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Exchanges:

  • We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
